About Us
STITCH K has been manufacturing apparel based out of Los Angeles, California since 1989. With decades of experience in the industry, we've been perfecting the art of apparel manufacturing and adapting to the constantly changing climate of the world of fashion. Here at STITCH K, we prioritize quality and client satisfaction to ensure that the very best product goes through our warehouse doors and into your stores.

Manufacturing
Our office is located in the heart of Los Angeles near the Fashion District. We specialize in knit apparel such as Tees, Sweaters, Hoodies, Sweatpants, and other loungewear. We are labor compliant, which means you can have full confidence in the integrity of your goods and not have to worry about your merchandise being tied to unfair labor practices. We also have a long-standing partnership with factories in Guatemala. Read below to see what we can do for you.
CUTTING
We do our cutting in-house. Our highly skilled and well-trained cutters know how to handle all the different kinds of fabric that hit our cutting tables. We do all our cutting accurately and efficiently, taking the time to relax the fabric and account for fabric recovery. We also check the quality of the fabric for imperfections for our full package clients.
SEWING
We do all our domestic sewing in-house. With decades of experience, our operators are very skilled with Single Needle, Coverstitch, and Overlock machines. We can also accomplish many specialty stitches like Reverse Coverstitch for a flatlock look or pleating. Our operators are also trained to look for imperfections during the sewing process to minimize the amount of second-quality goods that could otherwise slip through.
PATTERN
We have highly skilled pattern makers in house that will help take your sketch to the next level. With years of experience they are very knowledgeable in all the currently trending fits. If you have a customized fit they can help fine tune it to the exact specifications you desire.
MARKING AND GRADING
Just like our Pattern work our Marking and Grading is all done here. We utilize the most up-to-date marking and grading systems and are familiar with all the different program formats. Anything from Gerber to Style Cad. If you have a handmade pattern, that's no problem either, as we can digitize it for you.
TRIMMING AND FINISHING
Trimming and Finishing is one thing, but quality control is another. With our trimming and finishing team, we train every single team member to have a keen eye for quality and to spot any damages or imperfections. Every step of the process we are checking for quality, but Trimming and Finishing is the final step so we know how crucial it is to maintain the best standard and catch any flaws.
GARMENT DYE
We work with a few trusted Garment Dyer for many years now. Some have been in the industry as long, if not longer. We promise to hit the color you want while maintaining the dye quality that you expect.
PRINT & EMBROIDERY
We have close relationships with a lot of the local printers right here in Los Angeles as well as printers overseas. We can take your artwork and turn it into your perfect print.
sourcing and moq
We work with and have good relations with many domestic and import knitters, giving us a wide range of sourcing capabilities. Minimum order quantities depend on several factors. Full package work with fabric knitting will typically be set at around 1000 units depending on the minimum fabric order. Minimum quantities for CMT could be as low as 500 units per style depending on the style. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.
